Visalia's population is approximately 131,074 as reported by the 2016 Census.  Median home prices are $236,600. Located between Fresno and Bakersfield, Tulare County is known as one of the largest agricultural-producing counties in the entire nation.

Visalia sits approximately 230 miles southeast of San Francisco, 190 miles north of Los Angeles, 36 miles west of Sequoia National Park, and 147 miles east of the Central Coast.

Visalia is big on community. Downtown Visalia boasts many small-businesses, where you can walk Main St., and enjoy a nice relaxing atmosphere. During the holidays, the community has it's annual Candy Cane Lane Parade - where thousands of local Visalians come together .
